8. Returns and Exchanges
Our products are covered by an exchange-only policy.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory for claims relating to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products.

9. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly required to record a continuous 360° unboxing video beginning with the unopened package.
The video should clearly show:
- The package before opening.
- All sides of the package.
- The opening of the package.
- The product and its condition.
- All items received inside the package.
Claims without sufficient video evidence may not be accepted.
10. Bulk Orders
Customers may submit bulk-order enquiries through the Bulk Order form available on our website.
The information requested may include:

- Address
- Shop name
- GST number, if applicable
Submitting a bulk-order enquiry does not automatically constitute an order or guarantee a particular price, quantity, or availability.
Our team will contact the customer regarding the enquiry and further order requirements.
